Goa Beach Escape (3 Nights / 4 Days)

At Journey Dock, we understand that travel plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair while ensuring the best possible service for our customers.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email or through your registered contact details.

Cancellation Charges:
30 days or more before departure:
10% of total booking amount will be charged
15–29 days before departure:
25% of total booking amount will be charged
7–14 days before departure:
50% of total booking amount will be charged
Less than 7 days before departure / No Show:
100% of total booking amount will be charged

2. Flight & Visa Cancellation
Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation rules
Visa fees are non-refundable once processed
Any service charges related to visa processing are non-refundable

3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain bookings may be completely non-refundable, including:
Promotional or discounted packages
Peak season bookings
Special event or festival packages
Last-minute deals

4. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment
Bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted

5. Amendments / Rescheduling
Changes to travel dates or itinerary are subject to availability
Additional charges may apply depending on the change
Some bookings may not be amendable

6. Cancellation by Journey Dock
In rare cases where Journey Dock needs to cancel a trip due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, or operational issues):
You will be offered an alternative package or
A full refund (excluding non-refundable third-party charges, if any)

7. Force Majeure
Journey Dock shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Pandemics
Government restrictions
Flight cancellations
In such cases, refunds will be processed as per supplier policies.
