At Journeydock, we understand that travel plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair while ensuring the best possible service.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email.

• 30+ days: 10% charge
• 15–29 days: 25% charge
• 7–14 days: 50% charge
• Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% charge

2. Flight & Visa Cancellation

• Flight tickets follow airline rules
• Visa fees are non-refundable
• Visa service charges are non-refundable

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Promotional packages
• Peak season bookings
• Festival packages
• Last-minute deals

4. Refund Process

• Processed within 7–14 working days
• Refund to original payment mode
• Bank/payment charges may be deducted

5. Amendments / Rescheduling

• Subject to availability
• Extra charges may apply
• Some bookings cannot be modified

6. Cancellation by Journeydock

In rare cases, we may cancel due to unavoidable circumstances:

• Alternative package offered
• Or full refund (excluding third-party charges)

7. Force Majeure

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics
• Government restrictions
• Flight cancellations
