1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email.

  • 30+ days: 10% charge
  • 15–29 days: 25% charge
  • 7–14 days: 50% charge
  • Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% charge
2. Flight & Visa Cancellation
  • Flight tickets follow airline rules
  • Visa fees are non-refundable
  • Visa service charges are non-refundable

4. Refund Process
  • Processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refund to original payment mode
